Leading a multi-thematic team of professionals in the areas of natural resources, agriculture, livestock, enterprises, education, skill development, etc. along with support departments like accounts, M&E, reporting and administration.
Liaise with donors and government officers and interact with field staff and community members.
Budget management and new resource mobilization.
Actively engage in developing systems and indicators from existing areas of work.
Capacity building of the team and prepare senior team members towards new challenges and new geographical areas.
Integration of all programmes and projects of AKRSPI to achieve maximum impact at household level.
Ensuring timely submission of all reports to donors, government and AKRSP head office.
Motivate team members to deliver optimum outcomes.
Develop conceptual clarity of the Organization vision, mission & objectives to team on long term development issues and ensuring the peoples participation in programmes.
Provide overall administration for the team and all offices and financial oversight
Set up and operationalize the monitoring and evaluation systems for all the work in the regions
Provide leadership and overall guidance to the area managers working in the regions
